Welcome to my website! I am Leanika Järve – a top real estate agent and trainer with 17 years of experience.
My entrepreneurial journey began 18 years ago in Lithuania, where I founded my first company, Babyllard Ltd., which focused on exporting and installing children’s playgrounds. It was there that I encountered the RE/MAX brand and brought it to Estonia, building a real estate office during a deep economic crisis, which eventually employed over 55 agents.
Since then, my path has been filled with growth and excitement: I founded Epicenter Real Estate, led the Arco Vara Tallinn office, sold various developments, owned my own real estate and construction companies, and 12 years ago, I created Leprofit Coaching, where I have trained hundreds of agents. I am still actively engaged in real estate brokerage, applying and following everything I have learned and taught over the years.
Beyond real estate, I am full of energy and passion, and I believe that “Every problem has a solution.” I always communicate openly and sincerely, providing my clients with confidence and support, whether in real estate transactions or in advancing their real estate careers. My experience and determination make me a true top broker, helping clients buy, sell, and manage real estate successfully while offering valuable advice to agents on their journeys.
